- Astute readers may be aware that I keep both a Medium blog and a WordPress blog. The WordPress blog, which you can find here is the canonical version, because I make post publication updates (mostly clarifying things and adding content to deal with objections) to the WordPress blog, but not to the Medium blog. I keep the Medium blog up because that’s where I started posting, and some people like to follow me there.
- I hate self-promoting, but I want to get the word out- a conundrum! Anything you could do to spread the reach of this blog- such as sharing it- would be greatly appreciated.

- It hasn’t been an issue yet, but I reserve the right to delete or not publish comments for any reason including but certainly not limited to: 1. Repugnancy 2. Rudeness 3. Illegality 4. Spam.I do think there’s a duty to be reasonable and consistent, and to not stifle good faith criticism or disagreement, so I’ll try to uphold that, but even if I fail in this (or you think I’ve failed) it is ultimately my sandpit, and there are plenty of other places for you to air your view. I probably will unfairly delete a comment or ban someone at some point, and if that’s you or your comment I apologise for my pigheadedness.
